We are seeking a Senior Capacity and Performance Management Consultant to adapt Capacity and Performance Management to Cloud, responsible for implementing existing monitoring to enable the Capacity plan Roll out Phase.
Good To Have:
- Any additional language is considered a plus.
- Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps is considered a plus.
- Experience with BMC Remedy is considered a plus.
Must Have:
- Provide expert-level services in Capacity and Performance management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed.
- Develop KPIs for Capacity & Performance Management in the Cloud.
- Ensure Capacity Management and Availability Management KPIs are monitored.
- Analyze existing capacity/performance-related information and trends.
- Identify gaps/bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends.
- Proven experience in capacity and performance management within an IT environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Cloud experience.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and capacity planning software.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL processes.
- Service Management experience.
- Knowledge of IT-related technologies such as servers and systems, backup and storage, and networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is required.
- ITIL certification.

The consultant would be responsible for implementing existing capacity & performance monitoring in Asset and Service level to enable the Capacity plan Roll out Phase.
