The ideal candidate will focus on BMC development, configuration, and integration, utilizing technologies such as REST API, web services, and script-based solutions. Responsibilities include providing expert-level services, collaborating with clients to understand business needs, troubleshooting issues, and staying updated with industry trends, with a proven track record in complex integration projects.

Good To Have:

Conduct workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed.
Any other language is considered a plus.
Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps is considered a plus.

Must Have:

Provide expert-level services for BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.
Perform BMC development, configuration, and integration using REST API, web services, and script-based solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Remedy ITSM and integrations.
Minimum 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.
Proficiency in using Spoon, PowerShell, and Data Manager for data migration.
Experience with Cloud technologies.
Strong experience with REST API, web services, and script-based solutions for integration projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English.

Conduct workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Remedy ITSM and integrations.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and BMC product updates.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.
Proficiency in using Spoon, PowerShell, and Data Manager for data migration.
Experience with Cloud technologies.
Strong experience with REST API, web services, and script-based solutions for integration projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
