Senior BMC Remedy ITSM Consultant

The ideal candidate will focus on BMC development, configuration, and integration, utilizing technologies such as REST API, web services, and script-based solutions. Responsibilities include providing expert-level services, collaborating with clients to understand business needs, troubleshooting issues, and staying updated with industry trends, with a proven track record in complex integration projects.

Must Have

• Provide expert-level services for BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.
• Perform BMC development, configuration, and integration using REST API, web services, and script-based solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Remedy ITSM and integrations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.
• Proficiency in using Spoon, PowerShell, and Data Manager for data migration.
• Experience with Cloud technologies.
• Strong experience with REST API, web services, and script-based solutions for integration projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English.

Good to Have

• Conduct workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed.
• Any other language is considered a plus.
• Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps is considered a plus.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and BMC product updates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.
• Proficiency in using Spoon, PowerShell, and Data Manager for data migration.
