The AMR Internal Engagement Strategist at Apple will lead the development of commercially focused internal engagement strategies for the AMR region. Must Have
- Create business briefs informed by data and insights with measurable goals and KPIs
- Understand commercial programs to build effective internal engagement strategies

- Lead multiple projects with attention to detail, adapting to conditions, and escalating risks
- Communicate clearly, openly, and effectively, distilling complex ideas into compelling narratives

- 8-10+ years developing and presenting communication and learning plans in marketing, product launch, or employee programs
- Proven track record navigating large cross-functional organizations, balancing stakeholders and priorities
- Proven track record of handling complex/multi-faceted global projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

As an Internal Engagement Strategist for Commercial Programs, you are responsible for developing compelling internal engagement plans that drive customer experience and business growth goals.
- Create business briefs that reach our audience in innovative and effective ways, informed by both data and insights, with measurable goals and KPIs.
- Understand commercial programs well to be able to build internal engagement strategies that effectively deliver on the business goal.
- Connect with field teams to see the world through their eyes and understand team and leader needs, identify challenges, learn from local efforts, test ideas, implement solutions, and adapt for impact.
- Lead multiple projects at once with a keen attention to detail, adapting to current conditions, and escalating risks.
- Communicate clearly, openly, and effectively, distilling complex ideas into simple and compelling narratives to engage and influence stakeholders
- Act with integrity, are trusted and comfortable in tough situations, and are a role model and advocate for values.
- 8-10+ years developing and presenting communication and learning plans focused on marketing, product launch, and employee program strategies within an advertising agency, marketing organization, or PR environment.
- Proven track record navigating a large cross-functional organization, balancing stakeholders and priorities.
- Proven track record of handling complex/multi-faceted global projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to ‘look around corners’ to understand business challenges and formulate effective communication strategies that support the audience needs and business goals.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Employees also have the opportunity to become a shareholder through participation in discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
