This Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer position involves the design, verification, documentation, and support of complex IP for Broadcom’s Enterprise Storage products. The engineer will work independently and collaboratively, covering all design flow aspects including schematic capture, design verification, physical design guidance, and extracted verification. Close collaboration with design, verification, modeling, and physical design engineers is expected, along with post-silicon support for validation and test engineers.

  • Familiarity with design concepts and architectures for complex analog and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Understanding of analog and mixed-signal design flows, several years of experience preferred.
  • Experience with low noise, high speed analog circuit design.
  • Experience with simulation using Cadence or related tools.
  • Experience with physical design and extraction.
  • Experience with developing models for analog circuits.
  • Analytical/debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with team members local or remote.
Must Have:

Position Summary:

This position is for an Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer that will be responsible for the design, verification, documentation and support of various types of complex IP.

Position Description:

This analog/mixed signal design engineer will be responsible for the design, verification and support of complex IP used in the development of Broadcom’s Enterprise Storage products. The engineer is able to work independently as well as part of the larger development team. The candidate should be familiar with all aspects of the design flow. This will include, but is not be limited to schematic capture, design verification, guidance on physical design and running extracted verification. The engineer will work closely with the other design, verification, modeling and physical design engineers. The engineer will also provide support to validation and test engineers post silicon.

Design and Verification Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and verification analog/mixed-signal circuits

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $108,000 - $172,800

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
