Job Description

As an Analyst II on our Sports Marketing Analytics team, you will leverage data to enhance the performance of various reach channels, including TV, audio, influencer, and affiliate marketing for our Sportsbook product. Your role will involve optimizing spend, measuring effectiveness, and generating insights to guide strategy and foster growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex problems, enabling smarter and faster decision-making across the organization.
Must Have:
  • Analyze performance across reach channels and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that empower marketing teams with clear, actionable insights.
  • Support testing strategies through strong statistical analysis and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with marketers and stakeholders to solve complex problems and shape channel strategy.
  • Present findings to partners across the business to influence decisions.
  • At least 2 years of business analytics experience.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, data analysis, and working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in SQL/Snowflake, Python, and Tableau.

As an Analyst II on our Sports Marketing Analytics team, you’ll use data to improve the performance of reach channels, like TV, audio, influencer, affiliate, and more, for our Sportsbook product. You’ll focus on optimizing spend, measuring effectiveness, and providing insights that shape strategy and drive growth. Through cross-functional collaboration and analytical problem solving, you will enable teams across our organization to make smarter, better, and faster decisions.

What you’ll do as an Analyst II, Sports Marketing

  • Analyze performance across reach channels and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that empower marketing teams with clear, actionable insights.
  • Support testing strategies through strong statistical analysis and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with marketers and stakeholders to solve complex problems and shape channel strategy.
  • Present findings to partners across the business to influence decisions.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of business analytics experience, preferably with exposure to compliance, technology, consulting, and/ or e-commerce industry.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling (e.g. OLS, Logistic regression, etc), data analysis, and working with large datasets.
  • Knowledge of SQL/Snowflake, Python, and Tableau.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to maintain stakeholder relationships and deliver concise technical insights to a varied audience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
