Job Description

As a VIP Host, you will build and nurture relationships with DraftKings' most engaged players, executing the VIP engagement strategy to understand player needs and foster long-term loyalty. You will deliver a world-class experience that drives high brand advocacy, manage player relationships through events and communications, and proactively offer new game offerings and promotions. This role involves compiling player feedback and adhering to VIP and responsible gaming policies.
Must Have:
  • Create new business revenue by understanding and developing strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships.
  • Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the market while proactively providing new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.
  • Compile player feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify opportunities.
  • Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions on data and trends.
  • Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 68,000.00 USD - 85,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
