Job Summary

TransUnion works with businesses and consumers to gather, analyze, and deliver critical information. This Analyst position ensures client batch order submissions are logged, acknowledged, and validated against contracts, including compliance and regulatory requirements. The role involves engaging with sales and customers, maintaining asset registers for recurring orders, and ensuring a full audit trail for billing. Responsibilities also include data processing, management, and reporting of batch jobs, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of data received and delivered.

Must Have

  • Ensure good quality input data is processed to achieve a high match rate.
  • Perform pre-validations and engage with the customer and sales to address major anomalies.
  • Produce good quality output within specified turnaround times.
  • Ensure any data related concerns are addressed before delivering to the customers.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure that processes and procedures are maintained.
  • Liaison with internal and external clients in the case of delays and non-submission of data.
  • Reformat non-standard input files in required layout.
  • Perform Input and Output QC checklist.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by understanding and meeting their required needs.
  • Engage with customers to ensure that they are able to interpret the data elements provided.
  • Identify any gaps in understanding or where additional knowledge share is needed.
  • Drive operational improvement by identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Compile reports – gather information and statistical reports.
  • Contribute to the full system lifecycle; from client and sales engagement, requirements gathering and criteria analysis, to the reviewing of the fulfillment of the solution for internal and external customers.
  • Involve in Data processing, management and reporting of batch jobs daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Attend to customer queries and resolve them in a promptly and professional manner.
  • Keep accurate record of all data received and delivered.

This position is accountable for ensuring that client batch order submission are logged and acknowledged as per the current TUA Order Management and Delivery Tracking Process. All submissions are validated against the contract including compliance and regulatory requirements. This role is required to engage with Sales and Customers to ensure controls are adhered to and to escalate any discrepancies as and when they arise. Strong communication skills and attention to detail is required to maintain asset registers of all recurring orders and ensuring that the full audit trail is available on each order to ensure Billing Revenue Assurance.

· Input and Output QC checklist to ensure good quality outputs are delivered to the customers.

· Drive operational improvement by identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.

· Compile reports – gather information and statistical reports in order to advise clients on their results of their requests.

What You’ll Bring:

· UG graduate with 0- 2 years experience

· Proficient in the Microsoft Standard Office Toolset

· Proficient in the use of Wisdom, Psoft and Contour.

· Familiar with TUA Batch Processes, Controls and regulatory requirements.

· Ability to interact at different all levels.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Good planning and administrative skills and the ability to work in a pressurized environment.

· A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Purpose

· E.g: With assistance analyze data and test results to ensure customer requirements are met. System reflects accurate requirements. Review requirements with production team. Ensure all requests follow batch compliance rules

· E.g: Apply learnings from training to solve live order problems utilizing the requirements, limit asking same questions multiple times.

· E.g: Timely communication with sales, customer and internal teams. If something is not understood reach out to manager/peers

· Meet deadlines & escalate in a timely manner when appropriate

· E.g: Act as project manager of all orders and ensure timelines are met.

· Ability to understand the customers’ need and translate to batch product offerings

· Ownership: Willing to take ownership to find solutions to and solve problems

· E.g: Understand customer data usage so proper product is being offered.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
