As an Analyst: In-Life Supply Management, you will manage supplier contract obligations and commercial performance, monitor order statuses, and analyze supplier performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders, prepare data reports, and drive savings through rebate agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring zero negative business impact on Aptiv's supply chain. The role requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to navigate discussions to successful conclusions. The role involves understanding engineering terms and the source-to-pay process, and experience with data reporting is a plus.

Your Role

  • Manage supplier in-life Contract obligations, commercial performance and day to day transactional relationship for a selected group of products.
  • Daily monitoring of upcoming orders status for assigned suppliers / categories of products.
  • Provide suppliers’ performance analysis for key suppliers on a regular basis.
  • Report positive and negative impact for order delivery and explain reasoning after coordinating with respective suppliers/Stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, and other functions in the business to ensure lean problem resolution.
  • Prepare and analyze data reports.
  • Drive usage / consumption-based savings aligned with rebate agreements for business units and manage day to day relationship with plants, supplier and Category / Sourcing team.
  • Build the ability to predict and reduce risks from unlikely or likely situations using market and geopolitical insights.
  • Partner with Category / Sourcing team, Business units and Supplier to implement Demand management Strategies.
  • Manage in life supply to contract through performance SLA and in close collaboration with Category / Sourcing team, Stakeholder and supplier.
  • Responsible to ensure Zero negative business impact on Aptiv supply chain.

 Your Background

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Management, IT or Supply Chain
  • 2 Years of relevant experience
  • Ability to understand engineering term and source to pay process
  • Analytical skills and exposure to Tableau
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially PowerPoint, Project, Excel.
  • Ability to navigate discussions to conclusions
  • Communication skills and fluent with English language
