Job Summary

Must Have

  • Identify and develop promising original content through market research, negotiate rights, and conclude contracts for monetization.
  • Create investment proposals including financial plans and secure approval through collaboration with management.
  • Formulate feasible and attractive business plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Form and lead production committees with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress and profitability.
  • Thoroughly manage and supervise the quality of scripts, visuals, and music involved in anime production and promotion.
  • Basic knowledge of original content, anime, and music production.
  • Experience in licensing operations and understanding of rights structures and royalties.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing various contracts.
