Job Summary
Join Petit Bateau as a part-time salesperson in Strasbourg. You will be a key player in the customer experience, handling sales from greeting to checkout, contributing to the store's economic performance, and performing all necessary non-sales tasks. This role involves advising clients, embodying brand values, managing CRM, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising and stock.
Must Have
- Advise customers and meet their expectations
- Embody and transmit the brand's history, values, and commitments
- Propose products and services with personalized technical arguments
- Recruit and retain Petit Bateau customers through CRM
- Achieve sales targets and develop store profitability
- Manage the entire sales process from start to finish
- Know cash register, refund, and return procedures
- Analyze results and propose actions to improve KPIs and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to omnichannel sales development
- Perform non-sales tasks for a premium in-store experience
- Participate in visual merchandising according to brand standards
- Respect and apply stock management procedures (reception, shipping, replenishment, inventory)

Job Description
Position
Joining Petit Bateau means benefiting from a development path allowing you to have a clear career path through an HR policy focused on employee experience (training, cross-functional missions, mobility).
As a SALESPERSON (M/F/X), you will be an essential actor in the customer experience! You will carry out sales from A to Z (from greeting to checkout / taking leave), participate as a team in the economic performance of the point of sale, and perform all allocated non-sales tasks necessary for its proper functioning.
Your main activities will be the following:
- Advise customers to satisfy 100% of their expectations
- Embody and transmit the brand's history, 'values', and commitments
- Propose products and services in a personalized manner with the right technical arguments according to the identified need
- Recruit and retain Petit Bateau customers through the CRM program and satisfaction
- Generate turnover to develop the profitability of the point of sale
- Accompany the sale from A to Z and convert
- Know cash register, refund, return procedures...
- Analyze results, implement individual actions, and propose collective actions to improve KPIs and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the achievement of objectives and the development of physical and omnichannel turnover of the point of sale
- Perform non-sales tasks for a premium in-store experience
- Participate in visual merchandising by respecting PB standards (labeling, merchandising, POS, folding, cleanliness)
- Respect and apply stock management procedures (reception, parcel sending, replenishment, reserve storage, inventory)
