This role involves comprehensive responsibility for the maintenance, debugging, and optimization of SPI, AOI, Laser, and X-ray equipment in a production environment. Key duties include troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, writing and refining detection programs to enhance yield, and addressing production anomalies like false positives. The technician will also support production line changeovers, perform scanner debugging, and analyze defective products for improvement, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
Good To Have:- Electronics or electrical major
- Familiarity with ASYS laser
- Familiarity with OMRON 5D X-ray
Must Have:- Maintain, debug, and troubleshoot SPI/AOI/Laser/X-ray equipment
- Write and optimize SPI/AOI detection programs
- Respond to and resolve production anomalies (false positives, missed detections)
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance
- Support production line changeovers and scanner debugging
- Analyze and improve defective products
- Familiar with AOI equipment testing principles
- 2+ years of SMT SPI/AOI testing experience
- Familiar with SMT PCBA production process and electronic components
- Understand basic operations of X-ray, labeling, and laser engraving machines
- Proficient in Omron AOI, KohYoung SPI&AOI
- Familiar with IPC 610 electronic product acceptance standards
- Proficient in Office software
- Ability to adapt to shift work
