Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and accomplished APAC Private Equity Account Manager with deep expertise in managing high-level relationships with Private Equity firms in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is focused on firms that invest in hospitals and healthcare facilities. The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating executive relationships, driving significant sales growth, overseeing the sales funnel, optimizing Order Intake processes, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


•    Executive Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain influential, long-term relationships with senior executives at Private Equity firms in APAC that focus on hospital investments. Acquire a comprehensive understanding of their business models, investment strategies, and portfolio companies to deliver tailored solutions that meet their strategic objectives.


•    Strategic Sales and Business Development:
Lead the identification and pursuit of major business opportunities, driving substantial sales growth by offering customized solutions to private equity clients. Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value leads, achieving or surpassing quarterly and annual sales targets.

•    Strategic Funnel Management:
Manage opportunities through CRM to ensure accurate tracking and visibility. Maintains accuracy and support regular reporting.


•    Order Intake and Strategic Sales:
Achieve Order Intake and Sales targets through close collaboration with Business, Finance, and other functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.


•    Executive Customer Satisfaction and Retention:
Serve as the senior liaison for client inquiries and concerns, guaranteeing prompt and satisfactory resolution. Conduct executive-level reviews and follow-ups to evaluate service satisfaction and identify opportunities for strategic enhancement.


•    Advanced Market Analysis and Strategy:
Analyze industry trends and conduct strategic market evaluations to identify new opportunities and challenges within the hospital investment landscape. Provide high-level insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.


•    Senior Cross-functional Collaboration:


Partner with Marketing, Philips Capital, Finance, and Operations teams to execute comprehensive solutions that meet the sophisticated needs of private equity firms in healthcare investments.


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years - up of experience in senior account management or strategic sales roles, ideally within the healthcare or investment sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage executive client relationships and drive significant growth with private equity firms, particularly those investing in healthcare facilities or hospitals.
  • In-depth knowledge of the APAC healthcare market, including regulatory environments and investment trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and high-level decision-makers.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Profiency in CRM software and strategic data analysis tools.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the APAC region as needed to engage with clients and support strategic business development initiatives.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages pertinent to the APAC region is an advantageous asset.
