Job Summary
The Purchase to Pay Senior Specialist coordinates and monitors the entire PTP process, liaising with Philips Businesses and third-party suppliers. This role involves investigating and implementing process improvements, managing local accounts payable and expenses, and acting as the primary contact for PTP inquiries. Responsibilities also include delivering relevant information, initiating projects to enhance PTP performance quality, providing reporting and data validation, and executing internal controls. The specialist should be results-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects.
Must Have
- Coordinating and monitoring the execution of the entire purchase to pay process (PTP).
- Coordinating PTP process in Philips, liaising with Philips Businesses and 3rd party suppliers.
- Investigating, proposing and executing the implementation of further PTP process improvements.
- Managing/coordinating local accounts payable and expenses activities.
- Acting as first point of contact for PTP related questions of 3rd parties or local organizations.
- Delivering relevant information for proper execution of the process by 3rd parties.
- Initiating and participating in projects or actions to improve the overall performance quality of the PTP process.
- Providing relevant reporting, validate data and analytics.
- Internal controls execution.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in Accounting/Finance/PtP area.
- Computer literacy and experience in MS office applications.
- Up to date standard knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules.
- Good command of English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
Good to Have
- Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or equivalent.
- Understanding of SAP.

Preferably Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or equivalent.

You're the right fit if:
- Preferably at least 1-2 years of work experience in Accounting/Finance/PtP area.
- Computer literacy is essential and experience in MS office applications
- Results and action-oriented individual with good interpersonal and communication skills

- Pragmatic & logical thinker with an eye for detail and an analytical mind.
- Accurate, being able to react quickly, communicative.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects whilst adhering to strict deadline
