Job Description

The Sales Analyst at Philips is responsible for comprehensive analysis of sales data to identify trends and insights, providing strategic recommendations to enhance overall sales performance. This role involves interpreting compensation plans, analyzing their financial impact, and investigating sales incentive performance. The analyst will develop reports and analytics to communicate insights to senior leadership, validate sales compensation data for accurate crediting, and perform control analytics on quota setting to mitigate risks. Additionally, the role includes understanding sales incentive exception requests and assisting with root cause analysis.
Must Have:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent
  • Strong PC/Technical Skills Required: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach to challenges

Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $59,000 to $93,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
