Job Description

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the planning process, you are responsible for creating plans for long-term maintenance (preventive)/short-term fixes for installed medical products for the Polish market. You will ensure the quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care for customer needs, manage service requests, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction daily. You will also handle Service Work Orders, dispatch Field Service Engineers, and communicate maintenance plans and FCO visits to customers.
Good To Have:
  • Professional experience in customer service, supply chain, or accounting operations.
  • Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks.
  • Good organizational skills and aptitude for details.
Must Have:
  • Create plans for long-term maintenance (preventive)/short-term fixes for installed medical products for the Polish market.
  • Ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment.
  • Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Receive, monitor, develop, and dispatch Service Work Orders.
  • Assign proper Field Service Engineers.
  • Communicate and confirm maintenance plans based on contracts and requirements with customers.
  • Receive, monitor, and ensure timely closure of all service requests.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of telephone and written communications with Customers and Service Providers.
  • Native Polish proficiency.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Parts Administration, Service Processes, Customer Service, Supply Chain or equivalent.

Your role:

  • Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations
  • Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers
  • Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements
  • Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
  • Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist you are responsible for taking care of Service Work Orders on Polish market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Your role:

  • Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders and assigning proper Field Service Engineers
  • Communicating and confirming with the customer the FCO visits for equipments listed in User Affected List
  • ordering parts for FCO visits (fco kits)

  • Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
  • Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Native Polish
  • Fluent English
  • Professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset
  • Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
  • The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required
