As an apprentice in a JYSK store, your tasks are varied: shelf stocking, facing, customer order preparation, stockroom management... Although the most important aspect is, of course, sales. You will learn to understand and satisfy customer needs.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be trained and collaborate with the entire team.
Before and during your apprenticeship, you will have regular check-ins with your tutor to discuss your progress, potential, and development.
You will first learn the store routine, then how to present our products and how to sell them well. If you are performing well, you may be entrusted with the responsibility of your own store section.
Whether in Denmark, France, or any other JYSK country, many of our managers started as apprentices.
