Job Description

This apprenticeship position as a Medical Secretary in Meudon involves assisting the medical team (2 occupational physicians and 3 occupational health nurses) in their individual employee monitoring functions. Key responsibilities include welcoming employees, managing schedules, preparing files, performing complementary examinations, data entry, handling correspondence, attending meetings, and managing orders for supplies and medical equipment. The role requires strong organizational skills, autonomy, discretion, and teamwork, with a start date in September 2025.
Must have:
  • Welcome employees (physically or by phone) and provide information (schedules, appointments, visit procedures, department missions).
  • Organize the medical team's activity schedule and administrative secretarial activities (making appointments, preparing files, archives).
  • Perform additional examinations at the request of a medical team member.
  • Enter documents and data into the computer, make purchase requests/expense reports.
  • Enter correspondence and presentations at the request of the team.
  • Attend meetings.
  • Manage orders in collaboration with the team (supplies, medical equipment, pharmacy).

  • Do you have a Baccalaureate level education (technological, professional Baccalaureate) to Bac + 2 in secretarial or medico-social sciences, or do you hold a BEP in the tertiary sector supplemented by professional experience in the medical sector?
