Job Description

Join our team as an aquatic sports assistant at Etéreo, a luxury resort in Riviera Maya. You will create adventures for travelers, teaching various aquatic activities. We are looking for individuals with a kind, outgoing personality, strong knowledge of water sports, reliability, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must have:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in various aquatic activities
  • Experience or training in kayaking and other aquatic activities
  • First aid certification
  • Ability to be part of a cohesive team
  • Ability to follow and ensure safety regulations
  • Ability to perform work with minimal supervision
  • Accredited first aid certificate
  • Knowledge of kayaking, snorkeling, and other water sports
  • Availability to work flexible hours, holidays, and weekends
  • Intuitive sense of hospitality
  • Ability to lift 22 kg
  • Fluent B2 English language
  • Experience in luxury hotels

Join our team as an aquatic sports assistant! Create adventures for travelers from all over the world on our beautiful Etéreo beach. Etéreo seeks individuals who enjoy teaching aquatic activities, who have a kind and outgoing personality, knowledge of water sports, who are reliable, good communicators, with great organizational skills and with initiative, capable of working independently and at the same time in a team.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to take care of the business, their guests, and their teammates. Within this, the key responsibilities of this position are:

  • Extensive knowledge and work experience in different aquatic activities.
  • Experience or training in kayaking and other aquatic activities, as well as first aid.
  • Ability to be part of a cohesive team.
  • Must follow and ensure that others follow all federal and company safety regulations.
  • Ability to perform work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Knowledge of the tourist area.

Required requirements

Accredited first aid certificate.

Knowledge of kayaking, snorkeling, and other water sports.

Availability to work flexible hours, holidays, and weekends.

Intuitive sense of hospitality.

Ability to lift 22 kg.

Fluent B2 English language.

Experience in luxury hotels.
