We are looking for an archivist organized and responsible, with a good understanding of archival legislation and experience in managing both physical and electronic archives. If you have attention to detail, work well in a team and like to work structured, we want to meet you!
Main responsibilities:
- Manage physical and electronic archives: storage, conservation, security.
- Develop and update archival nomenclatures, registers and databases.
- Select, order, inventory and archive documents (physical and digital).
- Coordinate or support teams involved in archiving projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal procedures.
- Offer support to other departments (e.g. Accounting) for document access.
- Participate in the evaluation of new projects and offer solutions for clients.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Archivist certificate/diploma (issued by accredited institutions) – mandatory.
- Completed higher education (preferably in related fields).
- Solid knowledge of archival legislation.
- Experience in the field (including activity coordination – advantage).
- Organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail.
- PC operating skills (MS Office, databases).
- English language – intermediate level.
- Seriousness, initiative and desire for continuous improvement.
