Area Operations Staff Pekanbaru

About the Role

As an Area Operations Staff, you will conduct all aspects of operational activities related to Driver Partner in your designated area, including but not limited to driver community engagement, issue troubleshooting & escalation, and conduct online & offline programs.

What You Will Do

• Handle Driver Support Unit (DSU) in the area for troubleshooting, issue escalation, attribute selling
• Conduct onboarding drivers
• Conduct driver engagement activities such as Kopdar, training, and other activities
• Conduct Swadaya programs for drivers
• Monitor all operations metrics (Demand, Supply, Reliability, Service Level, Risk, etc) to propose an action plan, and escalate if necessary
• Coordinate with Area Operations Supervisor for day-to-day escalated issues around driver service

What You Will Need

• Fresh graduate with Diploma/Bachelor degree
• Having a knowledge for using SQL & interest in Data Analytic
• Good communication skills and social media literacy
• Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheet
• Beginner proficiency in spoken and written English
