Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Multan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strong relationships with key clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the Multan region.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office and DMS software.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
