Job Description

The Asset Manager will manage the flow of marketing and production assets across Europe, ensuring timely delivery in user-friendly formats. Responsibilities include training local marketing teams on asset management systems, exploring new solutions for asset flow, collaborating with various teams (Technical Ops, Ad stream, Wonderland) to develop and implement assets for campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and managing a team. The role involves managing asset distribution, maintaining accurate records, allocating design resources, liaising with global teams, supporting new channel launches, exploring new technologies, and working with production teams. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a hybrid work arrangement (4 days in the Hammersmith, London office and 1 day from home).

Job Summary
The Manager, Asset Management will manage flow of marketing and production assets across Europe and to/ from Global teams, ensuring all markets are aware of the assets available, and that assets are delivered on time, in user friendly formats to support local marketing plans/campaigns.

This individual will support and train all local marketing teams on the use of asset management systems, and will continually explore new solutions for improving flow and communication of assets (with Technical Ops/ Ad stream/ Wonderland etc.)

This role will work with the Marketing Production and Operations Senior Manager and lead markets across E&A to develop, plan and implement assets required to support campaign strategies for priority shows including key visuals for affiliates.  

This individual will seek to ensure Marketing plans are implemented to achieve maximum brand consistency and cost-effectiveness across Europe.

This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain process and ensure regular updates from EMEA markets on their delivery of 360 marketing campaigns + production assets.
  • Manage asset distribution and maintain accurate records (briefs/music and talent clearances etc.), develop the database to improve flow of communication and delivery to EMEA and Global teams.
  • Manage monthly Design resource allocation & asset creation/approvals with the Design & Marketing teams to hit EMEA & Affiliate delivery deadlines, and PR/ad hoc Design deadlines. 
  • Work with local markets to ensure systems and training are in place for uploading to AdStream/ Wonderland etc (asset management systems).
  • Work with HUB management team and lead markets to plan and deliver campaign plans to support key titles.
  • Liaise with franchise, integrated marketing and programming to align calendar plans.
  • Manage and publish weekly marketing bulletin to EMEA channel teams.
  • Manage 3rd party relationship with Ad-stream / UK technical team/ Wonderland support.
  • Liaise with Global teams to be across all available assets/campaigns (inc 3rd party material).
  • Support markets where new channel launches/rebrands are taking place.
  • Work with Broadcast Ops/post-production teams at the EMEA level to explore new technology solutions and stay abreast of developments – oversee migrations to new cloud-based systems.
  • Work with in-house production and content teams to ensure all production assets are available, and to be across projects in development consistent with timelines identified.
  • Manage day to day workload of asset intern and oversee development across 12 months.
  • Contribute and participate in regular Regional calls with local creative and marketing teams.
  • Chair production team meetings as part of a rota.

The Experience & Skills We Require From You:

  • Solid experience in post-production and broadcast media environment
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After FX
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Shows Initiative and excellent attention to detail
  • A good communicator and facilitator
