Job Summary

The Assistant Product Manager will be responsible for product demonstrations and briefings to schools, planning and conducting workshops, and empanelling resource persons. Key duties include training the sales team, collecting market feedback, and focusing on town projects. The role involves executing marketing plans, coordinating workshops, and conducting product demos to highlight USPs, along with internal product training sessions for sales executives. Maintaining connections with user institutions and providing product feedback are also essential.

  • Product feedback and reviews
  • Creating and maintaining connect with user institutions

Key Competencies

Qualification and Prerequisites

  • Graduate, pref. B Ed.
  • Excellent Communication (particularly in English)
  • Open to 14 days travel in a month

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Good communication skills, high enthusiasm, ability to build knowledge-based

rapport with customers

  • Ability to quickly understand the curriculum publishing market and the products
  • A team player, but be able to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills

Mandatory KRAs:

  • Numbers of RP empanelled, cost of touchpoint, quality of the empanelled resources

  • Number of product reviews; feedback on quality of reviews
  • Retention/acquisition results in schools where product demos are done by them &

Schools feedback

  • Number of trainings conducted; feedback received on flow and structure
  • Reporting
  • Updation of market news and product feedback on Google Doc or the system as indicated
  • Updation of workshops and product demos reporting on MAST
  • Closure report of calls / cold calls, discuss & agree with RM regarding frequency of

reporting post every school visit / at the end of the day. RM to consolidate and send to the respective

  • Learning and implementation of action points from feedback of Line Manager, RH

(with inputs from BM)

  • Monthly reporting on Google Doc or the system as indicated
