Bazaarvoice creates smart shopping experiences by connecting brands and retailers with billions of consumers through an expansive global network and enterprise technology. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join their Global Revenue - Sales team in Austin, Texas. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on driving growth within strategic enterprise accounts by prospecting new whitespace, selling new solutions, and engaging with new personas. The ISR will partner with Strategic Sales Directors, contributing to the overall book of business through whitespace expansion and collaborating on larger deals.
Must have:
  • Meet or exceed assigned pipegen & revenue quotas.
  • Strategically prospect for whitespace in assigned territory.
  • Sell full suite of Bazaarvoice solutions.
  • Drive conversational discovery with customers.
  • Utilize sales processes and tools for managing business and forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with sales directors.
  • Book onsite meetings with prospects and travel to USA offices.
  • Proactively develop, lead, and execute on strategies.
  • Stay up to date on ecommerce, creator economy, social commerce trends.
  • Strong hunter skills.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a quota carrying role.
  • Collaborative seller.
Good to have:
  • Experience leveraging Salesloft and Linkedin Sales Navigator.
  • Experience selling to brands and/or selling ecommerce and creators/social solutions.

Bazaarvoice is looking for a talented seller with a passion for driving growth within our most strategic enterprise accounts to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will be responsible for prospecting into whitespace in an assigned list of house of brands accounts, selling in new solutions and to new personas. This role is a great opportunity for a skilled hunter who is looking to grow in their enterprise sales career. You’ll partner closing with your assigned Strategic Sales Directors, contributing to their overall book of business through this whitespace expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Meet or exceed assigned pipegen & revenue quotas.
  • Strategically prospect for whitespace in an assigned territory of Enterprise house of brand accounts, focused on acquiring new brand logos or selling into new personas such as shopper & social teams.
  • Sell in our full suite of Bazaarvoice solutions to the whitespace opportunities you uncover. This includes working independently on deals <$25K and collaborating with your sales directors on larger deals.
  • Drive conversational discovery with the customer in order to reveal pains and requirements.
  • Utilize sales processes and tools to manage your book of business, prospecting targets and provide timely and accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with your sales directors, including prospecting focus areas and receiving their coaching and support on the larger opportunities you uncover.
  • Book onsite meetings with your prospects, and travel to their (USA) offices to spend face time and drive deals forward.
  • Proactively develop, lead, and execute on strategies for your account patch.
  • Stay up to date on the latest news and trends in ecommerce, the creator economy and social commerce; stay up to date on company news from your book of business and the CPG industry

What You'll Bring

  • Strong hunter who excels at researching and identifying top prospects and conducting strategic outreach. This outreach includes cold calls & engaging with prospects on Linkedin in addition to email touches.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a quota carrying role.
  • Experience leveraging Salesloft and Linkedin Sales Navigator preferred.
  • Experience selling to brands and/or selling ecommerce and creators/social solutions preferred.
  • Collaborative seller, who can partner with their sales directors and greater account team to support their efforts of driving revenue.

$95,000 - $105,000 a year

At Bazaarvoice, we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation. Since we believe the transparency and integrity builds trust, we want to share that we expect the OTE (on target earnings) for this position to be in the range listed above is based on Bazaarvoice's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level. While this is a good faith estimate of the expected OTE range, Bazaarvoice reserves the right to pay outside this range if these assumptions and understandings are modified as we progress through the interview process.
