Job Description

Razer is seeking an Associate Manager, Planning to join their global mission to revolutionize gaming. This role offers the opportunity to make a global impact while collaborating with an international team. Responsibilities include managing global supply allocations, leading production planning with suppliers, monitoring global inventory levels and implementing control measures, coordinating with stakeholders to address inventory issues, and overseeing New Product Introduction (NPI) timelines for launches. The position requires 5 years of experience in supply or production planning, preferably in consumer electronics, with experience in global supply chains, inventory management, and NPI planning. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with familiarity with planning tools or ERP systems and proficiency in Excel. An interest in gaming or tech products is a plus.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing global supply allocations
  • Lead the team in overseeing production planning activities in collaboration with suppliers
  • Monitor global inventory levels and drive effective control measures and solutions
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address excess, obsolete, and aging inventory
  • Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) timelines to ensure readiness for launch, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Perform additional tasks and assignments as delegated by the Reporting Manager

Pre-Requisites :

  • 5 years of experience in supply or production planning, preferably in consumer electronics or a similar industry
  • Experience working with global supply chains and coordinating with suppliers
  • Familiar with inventory management practices
  • Exposure to New Product Introduction (NPI) planning and supporting product launch timelines
  • Good communication and coordination skills; able to work with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of planning tools or ERP systems and confident with Excel.
  • Able to think logically and solve problems in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Interest in gaming or tech products is a plus
