Razer is seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Marketing Trainee for a 6-month program. This role involves supporting co-marketing campaigns from planning to execution, conducting market research for partnership opportunities, analyzing campaign performance, developing marketing materials, and managing partner communications. The trainee will gain practical experience in marketing strategy, industry knowledge, data analysis, professional communication, and project management within the gaming industry.
Must Have
- Support the full lifecycle of co-marketing campaigns, from initial planning to execution, covering offline/online promotions, content collaborations, and events.
- Conduct thorough market and gaming trend research to identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities.
- Assist in tracking, measuring, and reporting on the performance of partnership campaigns to provide key insights for weekly and monthly reports.
- Help develop marketing materials for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional videos, and facilitate the necessary approval processes with internal and external partners.
- Manage and maintain clear, consistent communication with partners, ensuring a positive and professional working relationship.
- Provide administrative support by organizing partnership assets and keeping our CRM system up to date.
- Completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communications, Business, Data Analytics, PR, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of various game genres and titles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and in a global team.
- A strong team-player mentality, providing support in partnerships, marketing coordination, and contracts.
- Able to commit to a full-time, 6-month traineeship for maximum exposure.
