Job Description

Join Razer.com as a Digital Marketing Trainee for 6 months, supporting global campaigns with a strong focus on SEO and email marketing. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced global eCommerce environment, contributing to initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue. You will optimize SEO using platforms like SEMrush and Google Search Console, manage email marketing calendars, build campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and report on performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Good To Have:
  • Language proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, German, Italian, French, or Spanish is a plus.
Must Have:
  • Support SEO efforts using platforms like SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking structures.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices.
  • Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics and assist in reporting key metrics.
  • Assist in managing the global email marketing calendar and cadence.
  • Coordinate with regional teams and translation vendors for email content localization.
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Track email performance metrics and support A/B testing.
  • Maintain and update subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Support campaign planning and execution by coordinating asset production, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance across SEO and email channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, category leads, and regional marketing teams.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, especially SEO and email marketing.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and curious mindset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with global teams.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to commit for 6 months, full-time traineeship.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global eCommerce environment, working alongside experienced marketers and contributing to initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.

Job Scope

1. SEO Optimization

  • Support SEO efforts using platforms like SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console to improve organic search performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking structures.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across product and blog pages.
  • Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics and assist in reporting key metrics.

2. Email Marketing

  • Assist in managing the global email marketing calendar and cadence, ensuring timely and consistent campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with regional teams and translation vendors to manage localization and translation of email content for global EDM sends.
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring accuracy in content, links, and audience segmentation.
  • Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and support A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and segmentation strategies.

3. Campaign Coordination & Reporting

  • Support campaign planning and execution by coordinating asset production, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance across SEO and email channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, category leads, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and execution.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, especially SEO and email marketing.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and curious mindset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with global teams.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and ability to interpret performance data.
