This role will offer immense insights and learning into India's online fantasy sports space and skill gaming industry. You will learn, strategize and implement strategies to enable higher uptake of contests, and better turnaround time in the scheduling of contests, tournaments and other initiatives. It will also entail excelling the backend systems to enable contest creation, reporting and in-house campaign management tools. Coordination with third-party agencies and feed providers is also an integral part of the role.
Job Role:
- Cricket & Fantasy Sports Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of cricket and passion for sports, while keeping up with the latest news to optimize campaign relevance.
- Campaign Execution & Supervision: Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including planning, verification, and ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time with zero errors.
- Communication Proofreading: Proofread all communication elements to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before going live.
- Campaign Reporting: Generate and maintain detailed reports for new and existing campaigns, capturing key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and overall performance.
- Executing Campaigns: Lead the operational tasks for the campaigns, including internal and external communications.
- Accuracy & Timeliness: Ensure 100% accuracy in the execution of monthly campaigns, including those for cricket, kabaddi, and other fantasy sports, adhering to agreed timelines and objectives.
- Campaign Monitoring & Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor the performance of all active campaigns, focusing on improving CTRs and user engagement through data-driven insights.
- Payment Management: Maintain records of all invoices, RO/PO associated with campaigns, ensuring they are approved by the finance department and cleared in a timely manner.
- Customer Support Coordination: Collaborate with the customer support team to address campaign-related queries and resolve issues swiftly.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate daily with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of campaign initiatives.
- Competitor Analysis: Identify opportunities and regularly monitor competitor applications to stay ahead in the market.
- Ownership: Own your work and finish it in the required timelines.
