We are looking for a motivated AVR Operator to join our team. This role involves handling AVR materials, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing AVR materials, preparing shipments, assisting with production schedules, maintaining work area cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
Good To Have:
- Experience in AVR receiving, shipment preparation, and material handling
- Familiarity with 5S, ISO9001, ISO14001, and R2 standards
Must Have:
- Receive and process AVR materials using the NAV system
- Prepare shipments, including detrashing and organizing incoming materials
- Assist with production schedules and assigned operational tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow company health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Support risk assessments and participate in safety training programs
- Adhere to company standards, including ISO and R2 certifications
- High School Diploma (M.6) or equivalent
- Basic English communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
