Job Description

This role involves leading operational teams in the world's largest company in its segment. The Delivery Operator will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, controlling and checking cargo, managing delivery operations using control equipment, supporting drivers, and maintaining professional relationships with Iron Mountain clients. The position requires a high school diploma and 6 months of experience.

Must Have:

Perform loading and unloading of vehicles with transported materials: boxes, documents, supplies, pouches, and media.
Control and check vehicle cargo before delivery activities.
Control delivery operations using control equipment (Incontrol) and filling out control spreadsheets (uplog) and route occurrences.
Accompany and support drivers in services according to routing.
Interact courteously and professionally with Iron Mountain clients.
Use company identification badge and uniform correctly.
Report any incident or occurrence to the Transport Monitoring Center.
Perform related tasks as requested by immediate manager.
High school diploma.
6 months of experience.
