Job Summary

This role involves handling documents for digitization or microfilming, operating image capture equipment, ensuring image quality, organizing and archiving documents, and working with microfilm development and duplication equipment. The operator will also be responsible for locating and separating documents, both digitally and physically, and performing related tasks as requested by management.

Must Have

  • Handle documents for digitization or microfilming.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1. Handle documents for scanning or microfilming in specific equipment;
  • 2. Operate image capture and generation equipment according to established procedures;
  • 3. Control image quality;
  • 4. Organize documents;
  • 5. Check documents;
  • 6. Archive documents in specific folders, cabinets, boxes or electronic module through a system provided by the company;
  • 7. Locate documents either digitally or physically;
  • 8. Separate documents;
  • 9. Work with microfilm development and duplication equipment;
  • 10. Perform related tasks according to immediate manager's request.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma

DESIRABLE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Office Suite, notions of equipment and software operation used in Scanner and Microfilming.
