Job Summary

We are seeking a Social-First Creative to join our team as a full-time freelance contributor, focusing on a key client. This role involves developing compelling, high-performing content across social platforms like Instagram and TikTok, from campaign concepts to trend-driven reactive moments. The ideal candidate is fluent in digital storytelling, agile in execution, and deeply attuned to platform performance, supporting editorial drops, live activations, and creator integrations.

Must Have

  • Own day-to-day content ideation and development across social platforms.
  • Concept, storyboard, and direct visual and motion content in collaboration with editors and producers.
  • Stay on top of relevant trends, visual languages, and creator formats to infuse into brand storytelling.
  • Write social copy and scripts with a sharp eye for tone, cadence, and cultural relevance.
  • Partner with internal creative and strategy teams to pitch ideas and build out content calendars.
  • Attend and creatively support on-site production, capturing BTS or directing talent and content moments.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, on-strategy, and optimized for platform performance.
  • 4–6 years of experience in social-first creative (agency, brand studio, or in-house content).
  • Deep understanding of how to make content that resonates on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
  • Strong visual eye and experience briefing or working alongside designers, editors, and creators.
  • Culturally curious, trend-savvy, and plugged into the zeitgeist.
  • Passion for wellness, luxury, lifestyle, and fashion brands.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.

Good to Have

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in Canva/Figma.

This role sits at the intersection of culture, content, and creativity—ideal for someone who is fluent in digital storytelling, agile in execution, and deeply attuned to what performs on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

You’ll help lead the charge on developing compelling, high-performing content—from campaign concepts and evergreen brand storytelling to trend-driven reactive moments—supporting everything from editorial drops to live activations and creator integrations.
