Cinematic Producer (M/F/NB)
Job Description
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a complex collaborative environment, in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams.
- Build and monitor cinematic production schedules (motion capture, layout, animation, lighting, VFX, audio).
- Identify dependencies between teams (tech, art, narrative, mocap) and ensure their synchronization.
- Prioritize deliverables and track milestones in conjunction with the rest of production.
- Ensure the artistic and narrative consistency of cinematics in collaboration with the Artistic Direction and Production Direction.
- Organize and lead follow-up meetings, reviews, and validations; write and distribute minutes.
- Supervise the entire production pipeline, from capture to in-game integration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (Cinematic Director, AD, Narrative, Animation, Tech) and external partners if applicable.
- Provide clear and regular reporting to the Production Management.
- Identify blocking points and propose concrete and pragmatic solutions.
- Contribute to the optimization of production monitoring tools and processes.

Dans le cadre de notre projetStar Wars Eclipse™, QuanticDream recherche un·eCinematic Producer pour renforcer son équipe de production.
Vous serez responsable de la planification, de la coordination et du suivi de la production des cinématiques du jeu, en lien étroit avec les équipes créatives, artistiques et techniques. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour garantir la qualité des livrables, le respect des délais et la fluidité de la communication entre les différents départements (mise en scène, animation, motion capture, narration, son, VFX, etc.).
Your Missions

Your Qualities That Will Make a Difference
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in cinematic production (video games, animated films, VFX, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of the cinematic pipeline: mocap, layout, animation, lighting, VFX, audio, integration.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production management tools such as Shotgrid, Jira, Confluence, or equivalents.
- Ability to work in a complex collaborative environment, in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in professional English (oral and written).
