Associate Producer Animation

QUANTIC DREAM is looking for an Associate Producer specialized in Animation to join its Production team for upcoming AAA productions. Reporting to a Producer in the Animation department, you will participate in the planning, monitoring, and coordination of animation teams (internal and external) for Mokit, gameplay animation, or cinematic animation, depending on project needs.

Must Have

• Participate in the planning and monitoring of animation deliverables, ensuring deadlines, quality, and production priorities are met.
• Ensure daily production follow-up for assigned animation topics (scenes, assets, integration, etc.) and guarantee good coordination with relevant departments (Tech Anim, Mocap, Layout, Rig, Production, etc.).
• Facilitate inter-team communication, centralizing information and ensuring its proper circulation between artistic, technical, and production poles.
• Maintain regular reporting on progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to streamline processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production monitoring tools and methods within the department.
• Depending on the needs of the position, participate in the preparation and monitoring of motion capture sessions, or in the follow-up of gameplay animation on competitive games.
• First successful experience in production, ideally in video games, animation, or animated cinema.
• Good understanding of the 3D animation pipeline, from mocap to in-engine integration.
• Comfortable with project management tools (Jira, Shotgrid, Excel, Confluence, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Rigor, method, and proactivity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse profiles (creative, technical, production).
