About GBFS Team: The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provide support to HQ and global regional team on Finance & Business Operation activities. This job role is for business/sales operation related activities – Sales compensation Planning and reporting, forecasting, basic analysis and report insights, monetization of services.
General Job Summary: The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for delivering internal operational support to HQ, Sales and Customer Service teams, enabling seamless operations through Salesforce and other business tools. This role involves generating actionable insights via sales performance reports and forecasts, maintaining CRM data integrity, and collaborating cross-functionally with HR Ops, Finance, and IT teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about operational excellence, cross functional collaboration and global coordination, with a strong commitment to supporting transitions and reviews across time zones.
Job Overview:
- Prep detailed sales performance reports, Sales Incentives reports and system updates and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, HR Ops, BU Finance, and IT teams to ensure operational alignment and seamless execution of business processes.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system to uphold data accuracy and integrity, enabling reliable support for sales activities.
- Fair understanding of Monetization of business processes.
- Working closely with HQ and global region teams with regular interaction to reviews, drive transition calls, process documentation for all activities.
- Participate in evening calls as needed to accommodate global reviews and transitions.
- Perform additional business operations tasks as required, contributing to continuous improvement and team agility.
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years relevant industry experience in Sales compensation, Incentive and operational activities.
- Excellent Advance Excel Skills, Sales force, Incentive reporting and analysis.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools – Xactly, Sales force, Tableau, Power BI etc. Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
- Flexible for evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) for HQ reviews and transition calls on regular basis and/or working in shift (2.30pm to 11.30pm) as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements:
- MBA in Business Analytics from reputed B-school.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2+ years of business operations or related experience.
OR
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.
