The Records Management (warehouse) department at Iron Mountain is looking for dynamic and motivated Center Specialists to join its team.

As a leader in IT asset destruction and management, we are committed to offering a stimulating work environment and opportunities for professional development.

Three permanent Archives Center Specialist positions are available at our Trappes (78) site.

Main Mission

Serve clients by managing their documents within the company, executing site tasks, whether it involves withdrawals, recoveries, transfers, destructions, permanent withdrawals, or any special project.

What you will do

  • Execute service requests sent by clients within Iron Mountain facilities.
  • Process all reception requests such as scanning box and location barcodes, storage in the center, uploading scanned data, analyzing and correcting exceptions, and closing requests in SKP.
  • Process all recovery requests such as withdrawing and verifying items, closing the request in SKP, printing manifests, and preparing documents for shipment.
  • Process all transfer requests, such as withdrawing client archives from one storage location to another, analyzing and correcting all exceptions, and closing all work orders in SKP.
  • Execute all tasks related to destruction requests, including archive withdrawal, verification, preparation, investigations, and correction of discrepancies.
  • Identify and correct deficiencies in the above procedures and report difficulties or problems to the team leader or center manager.
  • Verify and produce all document management documentation necessary for the completion of the tasks listed above.
  • Comply with all safety instructions and report any hazardous conditions.

Required Skills

  • One to two years of experience in the service or industry sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of internal tools (SKP).
  • Basic computer skills.
