We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and productivity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations.
- Plan, schedule, and delegate work assignments to meet production goals, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Monitor production output, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety and quality control standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to ensure competency and performance.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., maintenance, quality assurance, engineering) to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, safety incidents, and employee performance.
- Lead by example to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirement:
- Degree in any Engineering or Computer Science Discipline.
- Experience working in shift for minimum 1 year is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and able to carry out assigned task on a tight schedule.
- Healthy, in good shape, robust and fit condition is extra advantage.
