As our Credit & Collections Manager, you will provide top-level expertise in managing the organization's credit and collections processes. You will handle the most complex and high-impact tasks, offer strategic solutions, and provide guidance to all levels of management. Your contribution will significantly influence the financial stability and risk management of the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of collectors, and perform periodic performance reviews.
- Manage complex, credit and collections portfolios.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on credit and collections strategies.
- Lead the resolution of high-stakes billing disputes and escalations.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize cash flow.
- Represent the organization in high-level negotiations and discussions.
- Continuously drive process improvements and innovation in credit management.
- Optimize, prepare and present comprehensive reports and strategic insights to senior management.
- Weekly team meetings to review collections and to plan accordingly next actions (i.e. escalations, calls, decision to move to the next level within collections process).
- Participating in meetings: internal teams and external customers to facilitate or to represent finance team.
- Weekly actuals and forecast reporting, bad debts calculations.
- Provide accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly bad debt overview and collections outlook to CFO and FP&A team.
- Provide accurate financial overviews – ad hoc requests from CFO, regarding all customers disputed accounts. This overview includes: issue description and status, revenue recognized data, bad debt reserve data, impact in P&L: revenue end EBITA (impact considered from different scenarios).
- Provide accurate monthly AR overviews to EMEA MD, APAC MD, Global sales VP for US, Global head of Partnership accounts.
- Organizing, conducting and timely follow up on agreed actions for different AR monthly meetings to different management streams.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance / Economics or any relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced level of English.

- Negotiation Skills: Expertise in high-level negotiations and conflict resolution.
