AWS Cloud DevOps & Automation Engineer
Job Description
- Experience with Dynatrace.
- Oracle Database knowledge.
- Support infrastructure configuration for datahub creation, including API deployment on OpenShift, AWS EKS, AWS ECS, AWS lambda via pipelines, docker images, terraform.
- Configure API health checks via AWS lambda and route 53 in AWS via terraform.
- Automate activities via self-services, including scripting infrastructure components (API deployment, database configurations, synchronizations, API onboardings on API gateways, failover mechanism).
- Design, build, and maintain Jenkins pipelines for application builds, tests, and deployments in context of self-service for infrastructure components.
- Write scripts (Shell, Python, Groovy) for automation beyond Jenkins/Ansible capabilities.
- Develop self-service automation modules for operations teams.
- Document pipelines, playbooks, and automation standards.
- Proficient in Dutch and French; fluent in English.
- Willingness to work in a big organization environment with rules, service management requirements, procedures and communication channels.
- Onsite in Brussels on a regular basis (1 day/week).
- Good experience with Jenkins (Pipeline as Code, Groovy, plugins, shared libraries).
- Good experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructures.
- Knowledge of CI/CD best practices, DevOps methodologies, and IT security principles.
- Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Background in Linux administration and system operations.
- Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, Groovy, Terraform).
- Experience with Agile methodology, preferably with JIRA.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation), networking.
- Knowledge of Source control (Git) and branching strategies.
- Knowledge of Basic AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, Rds).
- Knowledge of Jenkins for data & deployment pipeline development, automation tools & scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks & infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of Ansible (playbooks, roles, dynamic inventory, AWX/Tower).
- Knowledge of Best practices for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AWS Cloud DevOps & Automation Engineer for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Health insurance domain.
We are seeking an engineer to support the installation, configuration and deployment of datahubs components across the IT infrastructure and to help to build self-services for those activities. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in automation, scripting and cloud activities with strong communication skills.
Role & responsibilities
- Supporting infrastructure configuration activities in context of datahub creation, mainly deployment of APIs in cloud and API health check and failover configuration based on existing procedures.
