Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant. The role requires 8+ years in SAP FICO, with a focus on S/4 HANA On-Premise and Public Cloud implementations. The consultant will manage clients, lead FICO teams, and independently handle the FICO module, including process design, blueprinting, configuration, and testing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for collaborating with IT and business teams.

Must Have:

8+ years of experience in SAP FICO
Minimum 2-3 S/4 HANA On Premise implementation experience
1 rollout experience in S/4 HANA
1 SAP Public Cloud experience
Experience in managing clients
Ability to lead a team of FICO Consultants
Experience in managing FICO module independently
Experience with customer business teams and project teams
Experience in Concept workshop discussion with customer
Process designing and Blueprint preparation (BBP)
Configuring processes in the system
Experience in preparing Functional Spec (FS) for custom developments
Experience in Unit testing, Functional testing, Integration testing, Go-live/support
Ability to configure and personalize SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, FA/AA)
Good understanding of integration with MM, Quality Management, Production, Sales, Project systems, Plant Maintenance
Superior communication abilities
Problem-solving abilities
Team player with ability to collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders
MBA, CA, or CMA qualification

SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant

Should have 8+ years of Experience in SAP FICO with Minimum 2-3 S/4 HANA On Premise implementation experience and 1 rollout experience in S/4 HANA and 1 SAP Public Cloud Exp

Should have experience in Managing the client

Should be able to lead a team of FICO Consultants working at different locations

Should have experience in managing FICO module independently and working with customer business teams and project teams effectively.

Should have experience in Concept work shop discussion with customer, Process designing and Blueprint preparation (BBP)and configuring the processes in system

Should have experience in preparing Functional Spec(FS) for custom developments, Unit testing, Functional testing, Integration testing and Go-live/support.

Configure and personalize SAP Finance modules, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Asset Accounting (FA) (AA).

Should have good understanding of integration with MM, Quality Management, Production, Sales, Project systems, Plant Maintenance

Lastly, this position requires a candidate with extensive experience with SAP Finance systems, as well as superior communication and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
