The Bilingual Contact Center Agent is responsible for answering or making calls and resolving cases through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat. They must actively listen to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions according to company policies. The agent is expected to be an expert in the policies and procedures, providing the best advice and solutions. They should demonstrate high standards of quality and excellence in service while being friendly and taking responsibility for their actions. The agent needs to demonstrate Oportun's values in all interactions.
Must have:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Experience or skills in Customer Service, sales or collections
  • PC management
  • Internet browsing and basic-intermediate office knowledge
  • Middle School with certificate or evidence of completion
  • Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)

POSITION OVERVIEW


The Bilingual Contact Center Agent must have a strong sense of urgency to answer or make calls or resolve cases through any of the available channels, whether by phone, email, chat, etc.

The Bilingual Agent must think about providing high standards of quality and excellence in service, being friendly, taking responsibility for their actions but above all demonstrating Oportun's values ​​both in their interactions with Clients and in their professional relationships with their colleagues. work and support areas.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience or skills in Customer Service, sales or collections
  • Pc management
  • Internet browsing and office basic-intermediate Knowledge
  • Minimal educational level required: 9th grade (Middle School with certificate or evidence of completion.)
  • Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
