Iron Mountain is looking for an experienced and motivated bilingual customer service associate to join our Customer Services and Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional and exceptional service to clients in French and English, managing their requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. You will provide an excellent customer experience by professionally responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending exceptional and targeted solutions in both official languages. You will collaborate with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to establish and maintain strong customer relationships and generate specific customer reports, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.
Must Have:
  • 3 to 5 years of customer service experience or in a similar customer-focused professional environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft (MS) Office suite, with particular expertise in Excel for report and data management.
  • A strong demonstrated ability to communicate and positively influence clients to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • A High School Diploma (DES) or equivalent is required.
  • Mandatory bilingualism (proficiency in French and English).

What You Will Do

What You Bring
