This is a contract position (12 months, with potential for full-time conversion) for a Black Desert Mobile Global Business Manager at Pearl Abyss's headquarters in Gwacheon, South Korea. Responsibilities include planning, designing, and setting up business models; analyzing results and making continuous improvements; analyzing game metrics and taking necessary actions; managing the overall live service schedule and formulating service strategies; executing events, marketing, PR, and partnerships based on momentum; proactively identifying and addressing potential problems across the game service. The ideal candidate possesses deep understanding of games and MMORPGs, strong communication, responsibility, meticulousness, proactiveness, and scheduling skills. Experience with mobile MMORPGs and a deep understanding of in-game economy are highly desirable.
