We are seeking a passionate and experienced RPA professional to join our team as a Developer, Consultant, Lead, or Architect, based on experience and expertise. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable RPA solutions using Blue Prism. The responsibilities include leading or contributing to technical architecture decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating and managing documentation, supporting deployment and configuration of Blue Prism environments, mentoring junior developers (for Lead/Architect roles), integrating RPA with various tools, troubleshooting issues, and developing reusable components. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business efficiency and innovation through intelligent automation solutions.
Must have:
  • Hands-on RPA development experience with Blue Prism.
  • Proficiency in Blue Prism Studio, Control Room, and Object Studio.
  • Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture and REFramework.
  • Experience with .NET, VB.NET, or C# for custom code integration.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
  • Knowledge of web services/APIs (REST/SOAP) integration.
  • Experience with OCR tools and IDP platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create reusable components.
Good to have:
  • Blue Prism certification (Developer or Professional) is a plus.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced RPA professional to join our team in the capacity of Developer,Consultant, Lead, or Architect, depending on experience and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Blue Prism, with the ability to design, develop, and lead intelligent automation solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
  • Lead or contribute to technical architecture decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define automation strategies.
  • Create and manage documentation including PDDs, SDDs, and bot maintenance records in line with CoE standards.
  • Support deployment and configuration of Blue Prism environments across development, test, and production.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership (for Lead/Architect roles).
  • Integrate RPA with OCR, IDP tools (e.g., Decipher, Interact), and AI/ML components where applicable.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Develop reusable components and libraries to improve efficiency and maintainability.
  • Stay current with RPA trends and Blue Prism advancements, adopting new features and best practices.

Primary Skills

  • 2–10 years of hands-on experience in RPA development with BluePrism
  • Proficiency in Blue Prism StudioControl Room, and Object Studio.
  • Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture and REFramework.
  • Experience with .NETVB.NET, or C# for custom code integration.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
  • Knowledge of web services/APIs (REST/SOAP) integration.
  • Experience with OCR tools (Google OCR, Microsoft OCR) and IDP platforms like Decipher and Interact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create reusable components and follow best practices.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Blue Prism certification (Developer or Professional) is a plus.
