In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant processing of deals throughout the verification lifecycle, validating foundational deal details against internal policies and documentation requirements. This role supports the Commercial Teams and plays a key part in the efficient and accurate transition of opportunities to revenue.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Oversee and Meticulously Verify Deal Documentation: Manage and verify the opportunity-to-revenue processes, ensuring all required documentation, such as pricing approvals, quotes, schedules, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOW), are accurately attached and validated.
- Collaborate on Data Accuracy: Confirm pricing, Total Annual Amount (TAA), Total Contract Value (TCV), and terms are accurately reflected, match agreed terms, and comply with company policies across all related documents and attached opportunity documents.
- Ensure Compliance with Organizational Standards: Adhere strictly to internal processes for booking verification, and actively learn about global booking policies and Iron Mountain procedures relevant to the opportunity-to-revenue cycle to document and map existing processes.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of required experience in a senior sales support function.
- Strong knowledge of complex sales processes, adherence to internal procedures, and an understanding of multi-country/global sales processes.
- Proven ability in advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and exercising exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- University Degree (business, economics) in a related field is preferred, along with mandatory fluency in English.
