Job Description

The Box Office Manager will ensure the smooth operation of all events by working directly with Ticketmaster and managing onsite Ticketmaster staff. This role involves being the primary liaison between Feld Entertainment and Ticketmaster for Angel Stadium events, including building offers and adjusting inventory. Key responsibilities also include pulling comp tickets, managing and training on-site ticketing staff, and serving as the on-site manager for day-of-show and box office settlement contacts for major events like Monster Jam and Supercross.
Must Have:
  • Liaison between Feld and Ticketmaster for Angel Stadium events (build offers, adjust inventory, etc.).

  • Hire and train all on-site ticketing staff.

  • Ability to travel to and work from Angel Stadium from January 1, 2026, to February 22, 2026.

Event Dates:

Monster Jam – Jan. 17-18, 2026; Jan. 31-Feb 1, 2026; Feb. 21-22, 2026

Supercross – Jan. 10, 2026; Jan. 24, 2026

Essential Functions

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years ticketing experience.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster and personal access to ticket printer and ticket stock.
  • Experience managing on-site staff in advance and on the day of the show.
  • Ability to travel to and work from Angel Stadium from January 1, 2026, to February 22, 2026.

Skills & Abilities

  • Expertise on Ticketmaster platforms.
  • Understanding of pulling ticketing reports specifically for settlement.
  • Team player who can managing a ticketing office.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends.
  • Reclass ticket inventory when needed.

Given the touring nature of Feld Entertainment’s business, COVID vaccination is strongly encouraged for successful candidates.

International Touring Personnel

To the extent international touring personnel are visiting a jurisdiction that requires vaccination, proof of vaccination in accordance with the relevant international law should be submitted directly to either the Tour Manager or to Human Resources at least six weeks prior to the start of the tour. The Company will maintain all information regarding vaccination status as confidential in accordance with applicable laws.
