Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring a Braze CRM Manager for a hybrid opportunity. This is a 3- to 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension.
Join our client's dynamic team as a pivotal member in the execution of high-impact retention and engagement campaigns. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing, testing, and deploying automated marketing programs across email, push, and SMS channels. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration and personalization, driving successful campaigns at scale.
This hybrid role is based in downtown Brooklyn, conveniently accessible via the 4, 5, 2, 3, A, C, E, and F trains, and requires 1–2 days onsite per week. Standard working hours are 10:00 am–5:00 pm US-ET. Onward Search provides benefits for 40-hour work weeks and weekly paychecks (W2) for the duration of the contract.

Braze CRM Manager Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize marketing workflows, templates, and automations across various channels.
- Implement personalization and dynamic content using HTML, CSS, and scripting languages like Liquid.
- Create and manage integrations between marketing platforms and data warehouses, ensuring robust data flow and quality.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure precise tracking and reporting, enhancing campaign measurement.
- Develop complex experiment designs and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintaining operational excellence.
- Stay informed on the latest marketing technology trends and best practices to drive future innovations.
Braze CRM Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience.
- Braze, HTML, and CSS skills.
- Experience developing personalized, automated email marketing campaigns.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Comfortable building campaigns utilizing HTML, experience using Liquid logic, Journeys, Canvas builds, and building experiments.
- Experience with Litmus.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries for fetching and analyzing transactional data (preferred).
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization software (preferred).
- Experience with Postman (preferred).
