Job Description

The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the in-house agency and brand teams, providing strategic direction, managing day-to-day relationships, and ensuring high-quality project execution that aligns with business objectives and compliance requirements. This is a 1-year contract opportunity with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote.
Good To Have:
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred (U.S. & Global).
Must Have:
  • Act as main liaison between brand teams and agency.
  • Collaborate on creative brief development.
  • Recommend promotional tactics aligned with brand strategy.
  • Manage project workflow from kickoff to archiving.
  • Review creative work, ensuring client expectations, budgets, and timelines are met.
  • Issue client contact reports.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate communications.
  • Develop annual forecasts and perform monthly financial reconciliations.
  • Track time daily and support company policies.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4-6+ years of account management experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong digital background with familiarity in online tools, apps, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Develop annual forecasts and perform monthly financial reconciliations.
  • Track time daily and support adherence to company-wide policies.

Account Manager II Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 4–6+ years of account management experience (agency or in-house).
