Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring that the organization operates efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Document business processes and requirements clearly and concisely. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Requirements analysis and engineering - Agile methodology - Deep expertise on BA tools and methodologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, User story definition) - Stakeholder management - Project management experience is nice-to-have" Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
