Business Analyst (with UI and Scrum knowledge)

This role involves developing a Data Portal, defining requirements for its next phase, and consulting customers on UI/UX design. Responsibilities include failure analysis, preparing presentations, leading user meetings, and balancing customer expectations with budget. Key skills required are extensive experience in requirements management, proficiency in JIRA, agile and Scrum practices, UI design (mock-ups, Figma, Sass/SCSS), and strong communication skills.

Must Have

• Define requirements for the next phase of a long-running application
• Consult customer in UI/UX design development
• Failure Analysis (track down and follow up on bugs, support root cause analysis, report external issues and manage support)
• Prepare meeting materials and presentations (PowerPoint)
• Lead and guide user meetings
• Balance customer expectations with available budget and delivery scope
• Extensive experience in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into functional requirements
• Proficient in JIRA
• Agile methodologies

• Creation of mock-ups and click-dummies (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma)
